Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the betmly platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, along with betmly's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the betmly platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To use betmly's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration.
• Register and use the account personally in your own name — not on behalf of another person.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Not have had an account previously closed by betmly due to fraud, abuse or breach of terms.
• Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or other acceptable identification document for account verification purposes if requested.

betmly reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be in breach of the age requirement will be terminated immediately and all funds in that account will be forfeited.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at betmly. Registering multiple accounts or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all such accounts without any compensation.

When registering, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, mobile number, email and payment details.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other party.
• Notifying betmly immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

betmly is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own account information secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The betmly platform supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes from the date the request is approved.
• Supported methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification. betmly reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request until verification is complete if there is any suspicious activity on the account.

Bonuses and Promotions

betmly offers various promotions to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set out. Users are advised to read the bonus terms carefully before claiming them.

Calculated examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses, hedging bets or using strategies designed to exploit promotions, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Game Rules

All games provided by betmly — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Dragon Tiger and Mix Parlay — use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair play.

• Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, betmly reserves the right to declare the bet void and return the bet amount to the user's account.
• Any attempt to cheat the game system, use automated software (bots) or exploit system bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• betmly reserves the right to change betting limits, game rules or game availability at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

• Any loss of data or information resulting from a failure of the user's device or internet connection.
• Actions by third parties who gain unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

betmly's services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.

Account Termination and Suspension

betmly reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, system manipulation, collusion, or suspicious activity.
• Account registration by an individual under 21 years of age.
• The user's own request to close the account or activate self-exclusion.
• Compliance with court orders, regulatory authority directives, or legal requirements.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

betmly reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remainder of the terms continue in full force and effect.
